Shipping + Handling

All orders are shipped on Thursdays and Fridays from our New Jersey fulfillment center (also known as personal home). See below for approximate shipping times for U.S. and International orders.

Domestic U.S. Orders

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days and ship times vary based on the shipping address’s proximity to our Oakland office and the service / carrier selected. Please reference estimated shipping times during check out and select the service that works best for you. 

International Orders + Custom Orders

International orders and Custom orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks at this time. Please reference estimated shipping times during check out and select the service that works best for you. We are not responsible for local duty fees and taxes due at time of package receipt. 

Delays

If there is a delay in processing your order due to product restocking issues or a scheduled staff vacation, you will be promptly notified.
